2003 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E220CDI Elegance review from UK and Ireland
"A wonderful luxury car... shame it's not British"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The car is now nine months old and to date I have had no problems with the reliability of the car.
However, there is a rattle from the rear suspension which the dealer have tried several times to rectify and they admit there is a fault, but cannot find the exact problem, I am still waiting for them to come up with a remedy to fix it.
General comments?
The Mercedes E220CDI is a superb car and I would have no hesitation in buying another.
The build quality is second to none, the acceleration is great and its quiet and sooth running on motorways.
Refined interior makes driving long distances less stressful.
