"Very high maintenance vehicle"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Timing chain/belt broke at 120,000 miles.

Transmission went out at 130,000 miles.

Replaced the power-steering pump 3 times.

General comments?

The car has lots of power and handles really well.

I have never heard of a timing chain breaking! Timing belt, maybe, but as far as I know, only Japanese V8s have timing belts, all other V8s have timing chains.

Before a chain breaks, I imagine you were able to hear a lot of noise from the chain hitting the things around it. I believe this car has a double chain or something like that, which makes it even more unlikely.

Leads me to believe the car wasn't really maintained as it should have... also, ignorance can be costly sometimes, there must have been a loud noise coming before the chain broke, you should have stopped
