Injectors went twice.
Central locking works when it likes.
Battery died.
Rusting around wheel arches.
Head gasket blew 3 days ago.
Love the look of the van
but you just get problem after problem.
Dealers are useless, and very expensive
Can't Believe the quality, absulutely terrible for what I thought was a leading brand with good build quality and Customer service
No Hire van.
The worst van that I have ever owned all injectors have failed twice I've been in business for 15 years and I have never owned such an unreliable van.
Seems most (all) of these vito's have problems. I haven't heard one good report, after I had bought mine. For something that was so promising. It a very big letdown. Faults, injectors, damaged threads, injectors, sloenoids, battery, dealer modifyed lighter socket, injectors, brake wear, tire wear, Mercedes service (or lack of?) and injectors. I'll keep away from Mercedes, Expensive lesson.
I bought a merc vito 2002 110 85,000 miles on it full merc serv history and within 3 months I had to replace the fuel regulator system. A new gear box new master clutch cylinder and a new clutch, and oh the first gear box was faulty so had to go back in for another. Now £4000 later the battery has decided to die... and to replace it does not look like a 10 min job, merc were supposed to be reliable well not in my eyes.
