1982 Mercedes-Benz W123 300D Turbo review from North America
"A solid, safe car; expensive to service but well worth it"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The air conditioning compressor went out around 150K miles.
It will soon need new front ball joints.
It has otherwise been very reliable.
General comments?
This has been a great car - reliable, comfortable and safe.
Not the fastest car, but wonderful for long (800-900 mile) drives.
