1990 Mercury Cougar LS review from North America
"The Mercury Cougar is a high preformace bargain"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I had an 1989 Eagle Premier before I bought my 1990 Mercury Cougar LS. Every weekend I was working on my Eagle and finally a year and about 5000 dollars later, I traded it in for the Cougar. So far, nothing has gone wrong (knock on wood).
General comments?
My Cougar is very reliable car.
It hugs the road like a fancy sports car.
The engine is a 3.8 l V6, very power, but could use some pep.
The Cougar is a very safe and solid car.
I have never sat in a car so comfortable. It is like sitting in a luxury car.
The entire car is pretty roomy including the back seat, which is great because I have a son.
