1991 Mercury Cougar LS review from North America
"A good all round reliable car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My head gasket blew at 170,000km and again at 280,000km.
Warped front brake rotors 2 times and don't know why.
AC compressor went at 250,000km (replaced it)
Rubber around rear window peels badly.
General comments?
This car is extremely sluggish, but has excellent passing power.
Handles awsome.
Paint is peeling, but I'm gonna repaint it.
Transmission shifts funny (slowly).
