1983 Mercury Cougar LS review from North America
"It's a well made car with attitude"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
When I first got the car, the distributer wires, fuel pump and ball joints had to be replaced because the car hadn't been driven for a while.
We also replaced the voltage regulator because my battery kept going dead. It's been fine since.
The exhaust is rusted and needs replacing.
General comments?
The car is comfortable.
The interior of the car is in very good shape.
It's reliable, but doesn't start well in hot weather or cold weather.
