1990 Mercury Grand Marquis LS review from North America
"Reliable, comfortable, and well made. It's the best car I ever had"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I had to replace to oxygen sensor at 480,000, which is really the only thing that has gone unexpectedly wrong.
A few years of having this it only needed brakes, tires and other normal maintenance.
General comments?
The powertrain and body is in excellent shape for very high mileage.
The Grand Marquis are the only Mercury's with a loose suspension.
The rear brakes are bigger than the front.
16 inch wheels.
Not the fastest car I had, but the most comfortable car I had.
