1978 Mercury Grand Marquis Brougham review from North America
"Overall, it is the best car I have ever owned"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The headlight vacuum system had a slow leak.
The paint was oxidized, but still serviceable when buffed.
The carpeting was in very poor condition
but was soon replaced.
General comments?
This car had great acceleration and the power leather 60/40 seats were very comfortable. It had air shocks and rode like a dream. It drove effortlessly and people were always giving me the thumbs up sign on the road.
