1991 Mercury Grand Marquis GS review from North America
"A great family car or great to take on long trips"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Besides the usual maintenance and tune-up, the exhaust needed replaced and the heater control temperature switches in the dashboard had to be replaced twice in one month, but that's all.
General comments?
Very roomy with a quiet and smooth ride. This was also the last year for this boxy body style and the 302 V-8.
Gas mileage was decent on the highway, but quite a guzzler in town, but the appointments make the car worth owning.

| 1989 - Grand Marquis LS 5.0 V8 A bit dated and old-fashioned, and very poor reliability in my case, but holds its own overall. |
