Dash lights not very visible.
Sliding door would freeze up a lot in the winter.
Handles very well in the snow.
Gets great gas mileage.
Very dependable.
Drives smoothly and very comfortable.
Good family van, lots of room.
I have a 1995 villager with 92000 miles, and on same little cluster as the headlight switch, there is a dim/brighten control for the dashboard lights. I don't know if all Villagers have this feature, but it's just a thought.
I have a 1993 Mercury Villager and I love it. It drives and handles very well. It has 207000 miles on it, but I liked the van so I am getting another one here soon. It is very nice to go on long trips in, and it runs and rides smooth.
