Brakes, computer, Nice looking and comfortable car and also fun to drive, but has a lot of engine problems. Trying to get rid of it.
I bought this car in the auction in 2005 with 90.000 miles on it. I paid too much for it hoping that it will last me for a while. Next week I started having problems with it. I had to change the front brakes and all wheels since they were not good. I did all the maintnence on time, didn't drive it hard or anything like that. (racing)
My check engine light came on at 95 miles and I took the car too many shops too many times to fix the problem, but mechanics cold not tell me what exactly the problem was. They said it might be some sencor or a computer. So I couldt fix that. Then my CD player stoped working because of the wiring and then the speedometre. I have had enough problems with it and spend too much money on it and now I think I will sell it for a really cheap price. And my advice to you guys DO NOT BUY A GALANT unless its new or has low milege on it. Thanks.
Any car bought at an auction is a gamble if you are not mechanically savvy.
