1986 Mitsubishi Galant GLS review from UK and Ireland
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The central looking system has broken down. Starter motor and battery replaced at 142,000km. Electronic controlled suspension broke down at 148,000km. Leaky roof hatch. Some bolts in the steering came off in a sharp turn. The engine uses 0.5 litre of motor oil every 1,000km, and it has only been driven 152,000km. It has lots of errors with the lights on the car and the other electronic stuff.
General comments?
This car seems nice, but with an old car like this everything will fall apart after some time, and it will rust a lot.
