1995 Mitsubishi Galant S review from North America
"This car sucks and I would never buy a mitsubishi again"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Transmission completely destroyed at 94500.
General comments?
I bought this car at an auction, and it has been problems since.
The car was wrecked when I bought it, but it still had a clean title.
Taking the car home, it started, drove several miles, then it shut off and wouldn't restart. I had to remove the battery and allow the computer to reset.
Over the 3000 miles I was working on it and driving it.
Around 93500 miles, it was painted with all of the body work finished.
Two weeks later the transmission lost overdrive and was loosing drive.
Three days later I hit a deer, and two days after that the transmission completely died.
I was stuck with fines for leaving it set overnight.
I had it towed to a friends house and it has been setting since.
Not only with the bad luck attached to the car, it needs front end work, a transmission, and an engine miss fixed along with the deer damage.
