2003 Mitsubishi L200 WARRIOR review from UK and Ireland
"Extremely unreliable"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Fuel injection pump failed twice in first year
Crankshaft pulley fell off
Clutch release bearing failed at 20,000 miles
Rear main Oil seal failed
Front Oil seal failed
various other Oil leaks over the years
Rear electric windows stick regularly
Front main bearing cap came loose causing the engine block to crack.
The vehicle has now gone to a specialist engine repairer who tells me he sees a lot of L200's as the engines are extremely weak.
General comments?
If it wasn't for the unreliability issues this would be a serious piece of kit.
The cabin is finished off very well with nice touches like the WARRIOR logo embroided into the seats.
A little under powered I feel, but that being said pulls a twin axle trailer with a descent load on without any problems.
