2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport XLS review from North America
"Great for a weekend warrior or an around the town family taxi"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Cracked windshield.
Replaced battery at 60,000 miles.
Other than regular maintenance, I haven't had to spend a dime to fix my Montero. It's been fantastic!
General comments?
I am a weekend warrior who likes to hit the back hills trails. I have loved my Montero for camping, off-roading, and every day travel.
My wife likes it because she uses it to drive 70 miles round trip everyday for school and work.
I can always depend on my Montero. I have never been left stranded and have had to do no additional repairs other than general upkeep.
