1980 Mitsubishi Scorpion GH review from Australia and New Zealand
"A sweet bay cruiser"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Blew the transmission.
Alternator.
Oil leak on to the muffler.
General comments?
This car has a lot of potential. As it has a good aceleration and a decent top speed. My automatic still pulls a sweet burnout but I don't want to blow anything (he-he)
My scorpz beat both my mates commodores, and has beaten a Nissan Pulsar Turbo (don't ask me how).
It has a nice sweet exhaust on it, 4-2-1 extractors, 2" to a Magna-flow resinator with a 4" dumper.
I have put a 32-36 down-draught webber on it and a mild cam, she goes a lot harder and a really sweet amount of torque.
