1979 Mitsubishi Scorpion GH review from Australia and New Zealand
"Hot coupe on the cheap"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Blown head gasket.
Dash pad cracking.
Rust in sill panels.
General comments?
The time frame of having the car is a bit missleading. i brought the car in 1985 sold it in 1988 and then after finding it in the newspaper I brought it back in 2003. the faults that have happened to the car, happened after I got the car back. fitted new motor from a mitsubishi triton truck that still used the 2.6 motor.
Have loved the look of the car since I was 15 years old (40 now) and now that I have it back it's mine till it falls apart or I die.
I'm hopeing to replace the dash pad and one day convert it fuel injection.trying to find some one who converts the magna manifold throttle bodys ot the otherside.
