1995 Mitsubishi Verada Ei review from Australia and New Zealand
"A high quality Australian made car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Distributor died
Engine seals are starting to show wear
Rear shock absorbers are leaking
Alarm system went haywire, so I ripped it out
Front brakes have made a scraping sound, can't rectify the problem
High pitch noise coming from the cruise control, can't rectify problem
Automatic Transmission can be indecisive.
General comments?
The car is pretty sluggish, having driven a Honda since I've had my license. It corners quite well though, even with worn tyres (which are going to be replaced as soon as I get enough money). However, apart from tyres the only thing it needs is a manual transmission, which would make it much more fun to drive.
