2005 NAZA Ria GS review from Malaysia
"So called cheap MPV, which is badly engineered with lots of accessories to attract - BAD"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I'm using a 2nd hand Naza Ria since Sept 2008 from 45000 mileage.
Found overheating just in 5 days after I purchased it. Repaired for RM5000+ in a Naza Service Center. The 2nd hand car dealer paid for it.
The car engine was back to a normal condition. And now this Naza Ria has overheated again for the 2nd time after 10 months & after 22,000KM, which I don't understand.
I always had doubts about this poor engineered machine, and regularly checked the water level. It happened in a sudden and it's now unusable. The water travels out from the radiator to the reserve water container and overflows, and again will sucked by the radiator after the engine is OFF. I'm now stuck and must spend again. Are we (all Naza Ria users) suppose to spend again and again whenever the engine repeats the problem??? I don't mind if it's a small cost, but it's from 5 to 15K each time and no warranty!!! What kind of engineering is this?
I used Malaysian CAR and finally I get into problems, this problem is not going to solve unless we Naza users get together against the NAZA WORLD. The manufacturer always has the rights to refer to the warranty period, mileage and their own terms & conditions, but WHAT ABOUT US? PLS contact me to fight against our rights, we will go through the legal way.

General comments?
This MPV is cheap because we have to spend 5 figures RM in the future. Having some attractive accessories such as electric leather seats (not a good one), sunroof and so on does not add credits to the product. We want a continuous journey and usage with standard kind of repairs and replacements, but NOT overhauls for well maintained cars.
Strange sound from the engine on and off. You never know why...
Back wheel alignment - inverted edges of back tyres get damaged earlier, and inner side of tyre will become unusable. A few mechanics said it can't be adjusted 'tak boleh adjustlah" I've changed 1 pair of new tyres 8 months ago and recently changed again to 2nd hand tyres because I know it's going to happen again.
Water in digital clock - on and off I can see water dancing in the clock screen after heavy downpours.
Unstable RPM meter - Raise the engine and watch how the RPM meter drops anti-clock wise.
Noise at back wheel (sometimes) when I brake - heard the sound, changed the pads and again is the same.
In conclusion, a NAZA RIA will make you regret buying it.
