1982 Nissan 200SX review from North America
"Keep your powder blue Prius, I'll take this any day"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The only thing that went wrong on the car was the motor tossing its cookies. But that was due to me being in BFE and had to drive it out. The old head and block are still OK, just a blown head gasket.
Electric side mirrors work part way.
General comments?
After I had the original motor replaced, the drag and drop in motor has been a champ. I get 34 MPG if I tea toddle it. That includes city driving.
It's only 26 years old too. The only other car that had a talking computer was a high end Mercedes.
Good room and adjustable seats make this car ahead of its day. With the help of the Nissan gear heads at Z Specialties, I will build the original to 250 BHP and scare the crap out of my kids driving them around.
