There was a little bit of interior damage from the car sitting out in the sun. (This was from the previous owner.) Also, the brakes wore out soon after I started driving the car, and I have since had these replaced. Otherwise, I have had no problems besides regular maintenance things.
I purchased this car as a base for a fast project car. Due to its relative light weight and even weight distribution, it has great handling characteristics. I was not disappointed when I finally got the car. Even with stock suspension components and liquid-filled bushings, the handling and steering were amazing. I have added aftermarket suspension components from HKS, Cusco, and SPL, which have made the handling even better. Unfortunately, the stock power is quite low although the KA24DE engine in this car can handle massive power on stock internals. I would say that the power is the only down side of this car. I have made a website concerning this car and my buildup on the project (http://www.240edge.com). You can find more info there.
I definitely agree. I have a 240SX of my own. By the way, my name is Nathan Garrett. I also read some of your articles at your website about the 240SX. Some of those shops are kinda expensive for me. I visited some of those sites while trying to look for a new clutch. While browsing, I found this site that offers Nissan parts. Its parts are quality products, but offered at a discounted price. Well, might as well share it with you. Here is the website where I bought my new clutch.
