1989 Nissan 720 Pickup review from North America
"An under 50000 miles car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Starting in reverse order:
The transmission has just gone out
The day before the alternator went out
The week before the transfer case blew
The belts have been replaced 11 times since I have owned it
The a/c went out at 80000 miles.
The rear axle snapped in 2 and when it did it blew its first transmission
The left front locking hub blew at 50k
The radio went at 100k
The head gasket has also been replaced twice.
General comments?
It is a good truck in the mud. I t has good pulling power for a four banger. It has the most uncomfortable ride on this earth!! My truck is on its way to the junker. On a scale of 1-10 when I first bought the truck (20000mi) it was an 11 past 80000mi it is a 1.
