1990 Nissan Axxess review from North America

I have only had this vehicle for 1 month. I recently purchased it for$500 USD. I knew it needed suspension work and other repairs and just put $1000 into it (struts, ball joints, wheel cylinders, sway bar, brakes all the way around, etc). I was told the engine compression tested well, and mechanically was in good shape. In reading the other reviews, I guess my AXXESS is doing OK - all of the locks work well, A/C fine, original radio and everything interior is in great functional shape. So, here I am. I am looking for info on how to maintain this vehicle and what to expect next :) I would like to ask any other experienced AXXESS owners to email me (is this OK?). My email is mmurv99@lek.net. So far I think it is a very cool car - I bought it to become my "dog mobile" and because it should get better gas mileage than my full size Chrysler minivan.
