1995 Nissan Bluebird SE from Australia and New Zealand - Comments

"Underpriced, underestimated, performance sedan bargain"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Driver's side electric mirror motor failed so would not adjust. Fixed by a dealer for less than $50 New Zealand. Otherwise nothing!

General comments?

This is a wolf in sheep's clothing. If you're a traffic light racer you'll win against most vehicles.

If you are looking for a car to take on a road trip which includes winding roads and hills, look at a Bluebird. Handling and just the right amount of power to the front wheels.

Get at least 16 inch alloy wheels to dress the car up suitably!

Wet handling not the best, tends to sledge into corners a little, but if you have to take them a bit slower in, there's lots of power to pull it out quickly.

I owned the 5sp manual SR20de model. It's a reliable and strong engine, good brakes and pretty safe for a japanese car of that era.
