1983 Nissan Bluebird TRX S2 review from Australia and New Zealand
"It's a head turner"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My head gasket blew at 300000 k's and the diff just gave up last week.
I blew the gear box at 245000 k's on a holiday.
The carburettor had enough so I bolted on some micro-tech fuel injection. It runs like a dream.
General comments?
After I overhauled the engine and put in oversized pistons, balanced crank, mild cam, extractors and a sports exhaust, it is now a little pocket rocket.
I had got rid of the 15" rims and whacked some 17's on it, and installed full (pedders) suspension with super low king springs. It now handles like it's on rails.
