Trans failed after 3 month due to abuse, now fitted with 5 Sp manual trans and multi plate clutch, engine ran big end bearing also due to abuse and poor servicing in japan before my ownership, electrics and other drive line all in good working order before "race spec".
Now a drift/road car, stripped interior, rebuilt motor, highly modified 2l engine (500hp), fuel system, engine management and body, custom made 18' wheels, coil over suspension, in all over $40,000 nz$ invested.
Future improvements include fitment of a twin turbocharged 4.5l Nissan V8 and 2 way locking diff.
Fantastic car or an F18 interceptor in disguise!
Mine is modified lightly and I have been faster to 100k's than 911 Carerra S 99 model, MY99STI, MY02STI, MY08STI, Holden R8, CV8,
VT Clubsport 195i, Malloo ute, Boss 290 (till I backed off at 145kmph in 3rd) any XR8, VL turbos (many).
All this just in a manual rb20det front mount intercooler, pod ebc and most of the time just 11psi of boost! Cefiros are just pure bliss and it's funny that they're heavier than an R32 at 1340kgs!
