2000 Nissan Frontier SE review from North America
"Underpowered, but gets the job done"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Has to replace one oxygen sensor a year for the last 3 years at about $200 each.
Fan switch only worked on high. ($65)
Intake gasket is leaking. ($500 estimate from dealer)
Window regulators need to be replaced. ($100 each)
A/C doesn't blow cold anymore.
General comments?
This engine is seriously underpowered for it's displacement.
4WD with limited slip differential is awesome.
Lots of road and engine noise even at low speeds.
Seats are uncomfortable for more than perhaps an hour at a time and legroom is scarce.
