2004 Nissan Maxima SE review from North America
"Horrible car. Will never buy a Nissan again"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I have to add my name to the group of unhappy Nissan customers. At 95,000 my transmission has started to jerk when it shifts from 1st to 2nd gear. It also jerks extremely hard when shifting from reverse to drive, and vice versa. I still owe about $11,500 on it and can't afford to replace transmission for $4,500 if not more. I filed all complaints people suggested here.
MY QUESTION IS, HOW COME NO ONE HAS SUED NISSAN YET? IS IT NOT POSSIBLE? IS THERE A LAW THAT PROHIBITS SUING FOR MECHANICAL PROBLEMS? AREN'T THERE ENOUGH OF US TO BE HEARD???
