2000 Nissan Maxima GLE review from North America
"Quite the sporty, passenger car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My idler/tensioner pulley bearings went bad recently
Cooling fan motor bushing went out today
Starter is on it's way out as well
All problems began around 115,000 miles.
General comments?
Very comfortable, plenty of room for 4 adults. Cargo area exceptional, I carry my complete carpenters tool set and an after market speaker box with 2 12inch subs 5 days a week. With 200 plus horsepower it has never not been fast enough. The stock sound system provides good sound quality and lots of it. What blind spots? The only bad comment I have is that the car didn't come with mud flaps and I have damage behind each of my tires on the body. Paint loss and signs of rust.
