2001 Nissan Pathfinder review from North America
"I would not buy another"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The driver's side window gets very slow in the cold weather months. At times it will not move up or down, even being in a garage does not help. I had the dealership look at it while under warranty. They claimed to have taken the door apart, but did not see any problem, so they lubed it and put it back together. It continued to have the difficulty.
The engine light does come on, I was told it was the O2 sensors after the catalytic converter. They were changed, it took care of the light for about 6 months, then it came back on. I have now been told it is the O2 sensors and the catalytic converter.
The vehicle is now leaking gasoline from the tube leading to the gas tank, which has just been listed as a national recall, but I am being told my VIN# is not listed, so it won't be fixed.
