"Nice to use on toll highways with cameras"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Frame problems. Here is how to do it.. I practice law and it is pretty unlikely it will go forward on any issues of class action etc. As far as the washing the frame goes, forget about it. It is a special type of steel that Japanese manufacturers use that is fairly strong (ie: look at how long it has lasted for you now) but... has poorer qualities to corrosion resistance.

a. Buy a new frame from Nissan and install it at a garage or body shop.

b. Take it to get it rust protected at a dealer with a no-hassle warranty.

c. If you detect any rust at all, take it to court for the price of your new frame.

That is all you could really ever do about it. If you drive it when it's bad, voluntary assumption of risk and you're completely held at fault.

General comments?

Really good truck.

Poorly rustproofed frame.

I'd buy a new frame before I'd buy a new truck.

It's a big pig on gas, but safer on the road.

Love them. I have four Pathys.

I just purchased a brand new MADE IN JAPAN 1995 NISSAN Pathfinder frame for $3000 USD.

It is NEW and looks really well made in my opinion, two part box and lots of properly made welds.

The aerodynamics and road salt KILL this frame, AND SO I am going to get a RHINO LINER on it.

I will post pictures during the re-assembly. LIKE NEW TRUCK, I have a bunch of them, this one with a new frame.

AW.
