2005 Nissan Pathfinder EX review from North America
"Reliable, powerful, comfortable vehicle that is well worth the money"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
U joints replaced after owned for approximately 1 year.
Fuel delivery system sensor went out at 58000 miles.
General comments?
A great vehicle that has good power for a V6, lots of room for 7, handles good, very reliable and a lot of fun to drive.
Ever since I changed the tires on my Pathfinder to more performance based tires, I have noticed the smoother ride with a better feel.
I have only had minor problems with my Pathfinder, and was taken care of very well by the dealership where I purchased my vehicle.
I previously drove American made SUVs and trucks, with many problems early on with the vehicles that were costly repairs.
I believe I will continue to stick with Nissan and all of their cars. I recently purchased a used Altima as a second car.
The only gripe I would have with the Pathfinder is the MPG, but it gets better than some of the other SUVs that compare in size.
