1985 Nissan Pickup Regular Bed review from North America
"It is a dependable, strong, and durable vehicle"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The rotor cap screw came off and caused the timing to go off at 127000.
The middle of the bench seat had come off at 75000.
The welding on the lumbar support bar broke and had to be re-welded at 128000.
The lower hinge on the driver side door come off for no reason at 128000.
General comments?
It is a very reliable, thrifty truck.
I hauled up to 1,008lbs in cement in the bed. The truck hauled it up a steep mountain at 45mph.
It is really a fast car for an '85 pickup.
The cabin is very small and cramped. You cannot see past the passenger's head when you are looking for oncoming traffic unless they hold their head against the window, sideways.
