1988 Nissan Pulsar review from North America
"I wish I could buy another"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Head Gasket blew @ 90,000 miles.
Transmission @ 100,000 miles.
Starter, alternator, brakes, top leaked, hydro went out to hold the hatch back up.
All this could also be because it was my first car and I didn't know how to treat it.
General comments?
I loved this car, I would take the top off and cruise curvy back roads. It was cheap to maintain until I broke all the big stuff you understand. Once the big things were fixed then it just kept going, I would have kept it however when I had a baby the rear facing car seat wouldn't fit in the backseat.
