2004 Nissan Quest SE review from North America
"Nice ride and features, but too many problems"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Where do I start, rattles, squeaks, and more unexplained noises that the service department thinks are all in my family's head.
There was a problem with the back door. The entire housing pulled loose one day.
The windows stick in the open position - not good when it is raining or snowing.
We replaced the back brakes and tires at about 24,000 miles and now at 27,000, we need front brakes.
There was also an acceleration problem that was fixed once and then it happened again.
Oh, I can't forget the overhead console falling down and hitting my husband in the head on the interstate.
This car has been in the shop more than 20 times for all of this stuff and I actually save up my complaints until I get about 3 things wrong at a time.
The drivers door wouldn't close one day because the handle was sticking.
General comments?
We have tried to trade this car twice, but it isn't worth anything on trade. We are going to take quite a hit on it when we finally unload it on some unsuspecting buyer.

| I think it is a good quality vehicle, but a bit over priced considering the flaws I have encountered |
