1994 Nissan Sentra LE review from North America
"Great, but small economical car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
1. Alternator
2. All three belts
3. Starter
4. Resister for heater fan speed control
5. Trunk leaks in rain. (BAD)
6. Rust at bottom of beams between front and back doors.
7. Replace front windshield twice.
8. Electric window on pass side binds.
9. Just replaced seal/gasket on front crankshaft which involved 3 belts.
10. Replaced muffler at $270.00 for part
11. Radio died because water got in it from air conditioner, but was fixed under warranty.
12. Replaced headlight bulbs... very cheap to do. (yeah)
General comments?
Very reliable and inexpensive car. I added a Phillips GPS (global positioning system) with receiver and CD maps in trunk and screen on dash-board which I loved to use.
On long trips the seat is uncomfortable
and the back seat leg room is too small.
Note: High mileage maintenance at 35K and 65K intervals is expensive, but worth it.
Note: I get 30 MPG.
