1996 Nissan Sentra GXE review from North America
"Cost efficient, reliable, and fun to drive small car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Alternator died at 70,000 miles.
Interior ceiling starting to peel.
Nothing else - besides expected maintenance issues -like replacing tires, oil and air filters, etc.
General comments?
If you are looking for a low cost car that is super reliable, I would recommend a Sentra to anyone. It's a great car for one or two people -would make a fantastic college car.
VERY reliable.
Handles well.
Engine is strained if carrying four people.
Cabin is comfortable for two -three to four people will feel cramped.
