1987 Nissan Stanza GXE review from North America
"Reliable and Cheap"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Windshield & Roof leak; rain & snow are not good news for this car
Had to replace timing belt within 4 months of purchase
Water Pump blew once
Changed CV joints at 130,000 miles
Power Steering Pump blew at 140,000 miles
Rack & Pinion looks like it is ready for a replacement
Miscellaneous minor work here & there.
General comments?
Considering that I bought it for $1,500 I don't have a lot to complain about. You get what you pay for. At least I was not making monthly payments on a used car. The car's engine & transmission as really very solid and in great shape. Very reliable, cheap car.
