1993 Nissan Sunny GTi review from UK and Ireland

What things have gone wrong with the car?
Just one thing which was a fuel sensor that failed on the M.O.T.
General comments?
The previous owner kept the car in a warehouse when selling? So on the first sign of rain leaks were aplenty!
We took the interior apart and found drainage pipes from the sunroof were not attached so we fixed it and no more leaks!
The wheels are too small so a set of 17 inch Alloys is the solution.
I think a GTiR spoiler on the back will set it off nicely as well.
Keep the car regularly serviced as well as this will help keep those niggles at bay and help blow away those other overrated hot hatches, they may be fast, but are they as reliable as are lovely GTi?
Excellent on a long run, but does not make a good city car as it drinks too much fuel. Traffic light drag strips may not help this problem, but I have yet to be bettered by another GTi in standard spec.
Interior could be better, but will probably get GTiR front seats to sort this minor irritation, stand by all scrap yards.
