1990 Nissan Sunny ZX review from UK and Ireland
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Had a problem when the engine was warm, it used to misfire with slow pick upon acceleration. Inspection of this found that the spark plugs had about burnt themselves down to nothing. Put some new, better ones in and all is okay now, the oil filter and oil change did it some good too.
Serves me right for buying it from a relation who didn't service it properly.
No other problems found, as yet!
General comments?
Quick isn't the word for this small bomb of a motor .Handles superbly, and grips the road like glue.
The low seating is a bonus, as well as the layout inside.
Cosmetic damage to the bumpers, this can easily be touched up.
A rare car to get hold of, the only downfall to this is that the parts can be rather expensive.
One thing I do enjoy is watching the faces of the boy racers drop as the little thing beats everything at the lights.
I'm going to set up my own web site just for this car, so anyone who wants to contribute can contact me at garry@norfolk30.fsnet.co.uk
