What things have gone wrong with the car?
Restored Car in 1990 and replaced all wear type parts. Overall the drive-line was in excellent condition and only required a cleanup.
General comments?
I love my 76 Ninety Eights... I have 3 of them. They drive well and are extremely reliable. The 455 Rocket Oldsmobile engine moves the 4800 lbs effortlessly. At 232.2 inches in length there are few cars that can rival the size of the 71-76 GM full-size line. They are also extremely durable since they sit on a full boxed frame. It's a long hard road, but in an Olds 98 its smooth, smooth, smooth!
