EVERY POSSIBLE THING.
Mainly.
It leaks coolent.
The driver side window will not go down.
The doors don't lock.
Struts are crap.
Oil gage is messed up.
Gas gage is messed up.
Speed gage is messed up.
Windshield wipers don't work.
I got ripped off.
As a fellow Canadian owner of a 1995 Achieva, I would attribute your cars problems to its mileage.
At 360000 Kilometers, the fact that a bunch of wear items have failed is not surprising.
The driver side window not going down is a common problem on this car. The motor itself costs about $60. Labour should be about 1.5 to 2 hours. Gauges not working is probably a sign of worn out sensors, or the dash connectors have become loose.
Your windshield wipers may need a new motor (not expensive or complicated at all).
The coolant leak is the worst of your worries. Just watch that it is not mixing with your oil.
