2004 Oldsmobile Alero GL review from North America
"Not sure"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I've recently purchased a used 2004 Alero GL, 3.4L V6. So far no issues so to say, except for tire noise at low speeds (up to 60/km). Not unusual noise, just the regular, however if feels like the noise is being absorbed by the frame then amplified and distributed inside the car. I was driving today on fresh snow and it felt like the tires have a microphone attached to them that collects the "tire on fresh snow sound" then the sound gets amplified by X10 and distributed inside the car. Does anyone else have the same problem? Do these cars have an insulation problem, or is a different issue?
