Your right on the mark with the Alero, it is a shame that people write so many negative things about this car. Car problems are not limited to Oldsmobile, in fact check this site under any car manufactuer (Volvo, Volkswagan, even Honda) I am sure you will find many defects, my Alero is not perfect and yes some of the quality could be better, but I am 100 per cent sure that for the money and grunt this car has you will be hard pressed to fine a similar product (Pontiac Grand Am not even close).
