2001 Oldsmobile Alero review from North America
"All a driver could ask for"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Very minor problems with this car, I replaced both front hub bearings. I chose to use top of the line ACDelco parts to ensure I wouldn't have to replace them again.
Not a fan of the brakes, but I think that goes for all domestic vehicles.
General comments?
This car was great, fun to drive, had power great handling and was easy on the eyes. This car also saved my life, I was involved in a major highway collision and to everyones surprise I walked away with minor cuts and bruises. My Alero is no longer, but the important thing is that it saved me. The bottom line, my car never let me down, not even at the bitter end.
