1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme review from North America
"A nice riding powerful car with attractive styling that still looks good today"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced the radiator.
Replaced the water pump.
Replaced both valve cover gaskets.
Replaced the fuel pump.
Replaced the battery twice.
Replaced the starter motor and solenoid.
General comments?
This is my first car which my parents bought new in 1972.
I have always enjoyed it and still do.
The engine delivers all the power you need with its four barrel Quadrajet carburetor and 350 V-8.
The ride is very smooth and the handling o.k. for a large car.
The power steering is excellent and requires little effort to turn the wheels even when the car is stopped.
I like the styling and muscle car looks!
The vinyl seats are torn, but still comfortable. I hope to replace the vinyl on the seats, roof, and headliner.
