1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue GL review from North America
"I loved the car and it is hard to measure up to."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Door Rubbers kept moving making the doors stick.
Wheel alignment was expensive to repair. General maintenance was not cheap.
Body repairs were expensive. While the car is safe for the people inside, the smallest bump would cause a lot of damage to the exterior.
General comments?
The car had great power and it was fun to drive. It fit 4-5 adults comfortably. Ride was smooth, but seats could get uncomfortable on long trips (but that is true for most cars for me)
I was disappointed in the gas mileage as I had hoped we would see more of the high end of the 19/30 and I do not think we ever saw 30 even on long highway trips. It averaged more 23 mph which was low for a commuter car.
