P.O.S.
Bearings keep going out. They have been replaced twice at only 73k miles, and it costs nearly 1000.00 to replace.
Doors do not seal tightly ~ air seeps in at highway speed and water actually leaks through the rubber seals (one door only).
Molding/dash interior is dry rotting before my eyes at only 3 yrs old.
Button on shifter (transmission) is broken ~ that's something that should have never broken.
Lights will not maintain a luminous output ~ a design problem with the alternator and a smog device so I hear.
For the money, I've been very disappointed in the quality of the car and the concern of the poor quality from GM. And they wonder why they are losing market share.
I have a 1990 Ford Ranger (owned new) that's has 240k and has seen less shop than this GM vehicle. This was my first GM car and it is without a doubt the last GM experience I will every undertake.
I really don't know why you are down talking the Intrigue. I have one and I have not had a problem with it. I have the GLS which has more electronics on it, and have never had to fix anything.
As for the button on the gear selector, anything can break if you push hard enough. I have learned that to own a GM product you have to be gentle to it or it will not be gentle to you.
