1994 Opel Astra GL review from UK and Ireland
"A fine family or woman's car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Other than self inflicting damage, nothing. The stereo kept eating my tapes and the auto aerial should be on the driver's side to avoid bushes on back roads and keep it from bending and then refusing to go up or down.
General comments?
A well built car, very reliable and good comfort. Lacks greatly in peeformance. One of the slowest cars I ever had. A saloon model, which is slower than the hatch. 97 mph the best it has seen.
